Are you yearning to slow down? Are you so busy living in the fast lane, that you don’t really know how to get off?
I have lived both ends of the spectrum. In my previous life, I had a Pharmacy business with an annual turnover of over $25million. I co-managed the business with one of my business partners, and I spent years working myself to the bone.
On one occasion, I worked 5 weeks straight, without a day off, shop-fitting and merchandising to open a new pharmacy. The grand finale was an all-nighter drinking Red Bulls to get the shop ‘perfect’ for opening. I eventually stopped to rest for a couple of hours after 36hrs on the go!!
Needless to say my body crumbled. I developed an unexplained skin rash all over my body that lasted months, experienced extreme fatigue, and felt exhausted for a very long time.
But I didn’t learn my lesson.
I continued to work like this for the next 8 years.
Luckily for me, a change in the operation of the business meant that my partner took over the running of the business, and I was forced to step back. Unsure about this re-structure at first, it ended up being the greatest blessing.
This co-incided with the birth of my second child, and so I finally let go, surrendered, and learnt to slow down.
This led me to the path I am on today. I discovered Functional Medicine, and a whole new approach to health opened up before me.
Through this approach, I have come to understand why living in the fast lane is not sustainable, how it is affecting our health, and discovered strategies to cultivate more energy and vitality.
I developed this program to help other women jump off the express train, to learn to slow down, discover more joy in life, and harness more vitality and energy.

Can I come for one day only?
This is a two day event and you will need to attend both days to get the full content for the workshop.

Your favourite notebook/pen, water bottle, a healthy lunch, and an open mind.
Are refunds/transfers available?
Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. Your ticket is transferrable if you wish to sell or gift your ticket to someone else
